Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting your career, we've got roles for both Senior Crew Members (Part-Time) and Junior Crew Members (Casual) . What You’ll Do As a Senior Crew Member (Part-Time) , you’ll be a leader on the floor – keeping things running smoothly, guiding junior team members, and ensuring every customer has an exceptional experience. From preparing food to handling orders and maintaining a clean environment, your role will be critical in shaping the future of Burpangery East. As a Junior Crew Member (Casual) , you’ll be the heartbeat of our kitchen and dining area – greeting customers, taking orders, preparing mouthwatering meals, and keeping everything looking sharp and clean. You’ll have the chance to grow and develop your skills in a fun and fast-paced environment Your Role In Detail: Greeting customers and providing top-notch service with a smile. Preparing burgers, sides, and beverages according to Burger Urge standards. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment in the kitchen and dining area. Handling cash and card transactions, and ensuring all sales are accurate. Training and learning new skills to keep up with Burger Urge’s evolving menu and standards. Working closely with your team to keep things moving fast and efficiently What We’re Looking For ️♂️ ️♀️ We want team members who are passionate, positive, and eager to contribute to a brand that's growing fast. Whether you're a seasoned professional or a motivated newbie, if you love burgers, love people, and want to be part of something BIG, we’d love to meet you Senior Crew Members: Previous fast-food or hospitality experience, leadership skills, and a strong work ethic. Junior Crew Members: Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for delivering outstanding service. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Flexibility with hours – evenings, weekends, and school holidays. Food Safety Certificate (or the ability to get one). RSA Certificate (must be obtained within 30 days of starting).
