Curis Recruitment is excited to partner with this fantastic health service in Central Australia (NT) to help them find Remote Area Nurses to join their team on a contract basis. As a Remote Area Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering healthcare in remote and isolated areas, often working independently. Using your broad clinical experience, you will be managing a variety of medical conditions and emergencies while also engaging closely with local communities, including Indigenous populations, to provide culturally appropriate care and support. Job Details 6 -12 week contract options available - you decide Potential to extend Start 19 January 2026 Excellent pay rates from $104.91 per hour up to $112.77 per hour . This includes the casual loading, on call, callouts and overtime. Fully furnished accommodation provided Flights provided from within Australia The location: Work with one of Australia’s leading Aboriginal community controlled health organisations, based in Alice Springs and delivering care across remote Central Australian communities. To be eligible for this position, you must have the following: AHPRA registration with no restrictions Minimum three years post graduate experience as a Remote Area Nurse or a Registered Nurse with strong clinical experience in either primary health care, acute/urgent care or Accident & Emergency care. Experience working in rural and remote communities preferred Have completed all core competencies including REC, MEC, ALS and Triage certified Full drivers license Must have full Australian working rights (i.e., Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, a valid Working Visa, or New Zealand Citizenship) To find out more about this position please call or email your CV to and I will be in touch within 24 hours.
