Community Aged Care Nurse - Registered Nurses - Launceston & Northern Tasmania Are you a compassionate and empathetic Registered Nurse with critical thinking skills and attention to detail? We’re seeking dedicated, part‑time Registered Nurses who want more than a job – they want to make a difference to the communities of Launceston and the Northeast of Tasmania. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional, person‑centered care to clients living independently with chronic illnesses, ensuring they feel supported, respected, and valued every day. At TDN, you’ll work alongside a passionate team of healthcare professionals who share your commitment to excellence. Together, we provide the highest standard of care to aged and disability clients, empowering them to live life on their terms. In this role, you’ll deliver expert clinical care across diverse areas, including: Clinical case management Palliative care Diabetes and wound care management Continence support Medication administration You’ll work autonomously while collaborating with a passionate team, empowering clients and their families through education and support. What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years’ clinical experience Current AHPRA registration National Police Check & WWVP clearance Valid driver’s license A proactive, compassionate approach to care Why Join TDN?
