We are seeking motivated and reliable Trade Assistants to join our growing team at our CAIRNS location. Responsibilities Assist tradespeople with various tasks such as maintenance, repairs, and installations Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with PPE requirements in an industrial environment Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals Utilise hand and power tools under the supervision of experienced professionals Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas Adhere to project schedules and meet deadlines Attend training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge Skills Strong work ethic with the ability to work 40+ hours per week Knowledge of safety protocols and PPE usage in an industrial setting Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively within a team environment Previous experience using hand tools or power tools preferred but not required Possess an OHS Construction Induction (White Card) Qualifications To be considered for this role, applicants must have: Availability for an immediate start.
