Tamworth – Hybrid (2 days per week on‑site) | Competitive Salary + Benefits About the Role We’re looking for a Stock Planner to join our Supply Chain team at Moonpig. Based out of our Tamworth Fulfilment Centre two days a week, you’ll make sure our products are available at the right time by forecasting demand, managing stock levels, and keeping inventory flowing smoothly. If you love working with data, solving problems, and making things run better, this role puts you right at the heart of our operation. Key Responsibilities Forecast demand and create line‑level forecasts by week, adjusting for seasonality and promotional activity. Monitor inventory KPIs including stock turns, weeks of cover, and availability. Own the stock plan for your category, including OTB budgets and supply assumptions. Identify and action plans for slow‑moving or excess inventory in collaboration with buying and merchandising teams. Maintain supplier relationships to reduce lead times and support delivery commitments. Coordinate with warehousing and logistics to ensure accurate and timely stock movement. Partner with merchandising, operations and finance to align stock decisions with wider business strategies. Support seasonal stock planning and post‑season consolidation to optimise availability and minimise waste. Build and maintain tools and reports that track forecast accuracy and inventory health. Drive continuous improvement in forecasting, inventory control and reporting processes. About You 2+ years’ experience in stock or inventory planning, range planning or merchandising. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets. Advanced Excel skills and comfortable working with ERP or stock planning systems. Confident communicating and influencing a range of stakeholders, including suppliers. Highly organised and able to manage multiple product categories under time pressure. Degree or professional qualification in supply chain, business, mathematics or a related field (desirable). Familiarity with replenishment or distribution strategies within retail or e‑commerce (desirable). Experience planning for seasonal and promotional cycles (desirable).
