Assemblers / Factory Hands - South East Suburbs ) Dandenong South, Melbourne, Australia Salary: AUD32 - AUD40 per hour + Super + Overtime We are on the hunt for experienced Assemblers / Factory Hands to join our well-established clients across the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne . These positions will be on a full-time ongoing casual basis. Working in a team, your responsibilities will include: Processing materials and assembling components to required specifications and quality standards using a variety of hand tools, power tools, machinery and various saws Operating and cleaning production machinery/equipment after use Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Operating Manuals in an efficient manner Supporting team members to ensure production goals and deadlines are achieved To be successful in this role, you will be expected to demonstrate: Previous experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing or assembly environment (preferred) The ability to safely lift up to 20+ kg Mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and follow basic assembly diagrams Strong attention to detail ensuring correct assembly, positioning, and orientation A current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle This is a great opportunity to work with a company that truly invests in and cares about its employees.
