Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to join a rapidly scaling international business delivering high-quality offshore and outsourcing solutions to clients across Australia, New Zealand, the US, and beyond. As a key member of the executive leadership team and strategic partner to the CEO/Founder , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy, building scalable infrastructure, and enabling the next phase of growth and innovation. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands‑on, commercially astute finance leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and is motivated by the challenge of building a best‑practice finance function across multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities Partner with the CEO, Global Sales Director, and offshore‑based COO to drive sustainable growth and profitability. Lead all financial operations, including FP&A, tax, compliance, treasury, and reporting across multiple international entities. Manage and mentor a geographically distributed finance team, fostering collaboration and accountability. Establish and optimise financial systems and processes, automating manual workflows such as invoicing and reporting. Ensure robust transfer pricing, compliance, and governance frameworks are in place across all jurisdictions. Provide strategic insights to support new revenue streams, AI‑augmented solutions, M&A opportunities, and long‑term scalability. Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team, balancing strategic vision with operational excellence. About You CA/CPA qualified with a strong foundation from a Big 4 or similarly high‑calibre professional services environment. Proven experience as a C‑FO as a fast‑growing, multi‑entity, international organisation . Prior experience in a high‑growth BPO or B2B services related firm would be welcomed; B2B experience essential (not considering B2C backgrounds). Demonstrated expertise in FP&A, tax, compliance, transfer pricing, leading the legal function. Experienced in leading offshore teams and collaborating effectively across time zones and cultures. Technologically savvy with a track record of automating and modernising finance operations . Strategic thinker with the ability to roll up your sleeves, problem‑solve proactively, and drive execution. A proven ability to pivot between the day‑to‑day and higher‑level strategic thinking. An ability to challenge the status quo and make positive change happen in a high‑performance environment. A polished leader with corporate presence from a Tier 1 best practice background.
