Mad Mex is looking for a hardworking and passionate Grill Master to be part of our team at our restaurant located in Victoria Gardens. About the Role The Grill Cook is responsible for all day-to-day elements of running the grill section of a Mad Mex Restaurant. This involves preparing and cooking Mad Mex production according to menu guidelines and secret recipes whilst adhering to food preparation procedures, cooking times, & hygiene safety standards. About You Our people are friendly & outgoing, have a strong work ethic & are committed to delivering excellent customer service. You must be able to understand and follow recipes & checklists. If you have some experience in the food industry – great, however,it’s not an essential requirement.
