We are seeking full time and casual qualified chefs to join our kitchen team at Halcyon House's 1 hatted restaurant Paper Daisy on the northern New South Wales coast. Responsibilities: Execute high-quality dishes with precision and creativity, adhering to the restaurant's standards and recipes. Supervise and assist the Commis Chefs and other kitchen staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient service. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards. Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menu items and seasonal specials. Monitor stock and assist in ordering produce daily, ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly without any disruptions. Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef working in a reputable establishment. Knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen equipment, and best practices. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure. A passion for creating quality & consistent food.
