As an international design studio, 3XN designs, develops and delivers ambitious and transformative architecture. In Australia, this includes the multi-award-winning design for Quay Quarter Tower and the new Sydney Fish Market, along with a number of projects in Australia and the wider APAC region. We are currently looking for an experienced senior design architect to join us full-time in our Sydney Studio. Our Sydney studio is continuing to grow with a variety of projects on the books, ranging from Sport, Culture, Commercial, Education and Residential across Australia and the wider APAC region. We want team first, highly skilled architects and designers to join our Sydney studio. Requirements Confirmed visa/residency status for working in Australia. Master’s degree in architecture. Minimum 5 years’ experience (post master’s degree completion) in creative, design-focused architecture studio(s). Possess a strong passion for design integrity. Strong conceptual design skills and focus. Strong abilities with Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience in leading or being a 2IC on projects at different phases. Grasshopper and Dynamo skills are not essential but are a plus. Strong technical knowledge / documenting skills and coordination experience. Excellent communication skills. Fluency in written and spoken English. You must be a team player, self-directed, and highly motivated. Candidates must feel comfortable being agile in tasks in a creative and dynamic environment. Have a strong work ethic, but a “team first” mentality.
