Recruitment Executive | 25 + Experience | Transforming hiring in Data Analytics, AI/ML, Data & Platform Engineering | Driving Business Impact We are seeking a Data Modeller to shape the data foundations of our clients' Dynamics 365 environment. In this role, you will design and govern the data structures that connect across the business groups and applications within the business framework. You will set the standards, working closely with the Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect, to maintain a consistent, scalable, and future‑proof data layer. Base pay range A$115.00/hr - A$118.00/hr Key Focus Areas Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models across Dataverse, Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management, and Fabric Lakehouse and Warehouse. Define canonical entities, schemas, naming conventions, relationship patterns, and metadata standards. Produce integration mappings, event structures, and data lineage documentation for cross‑system data flows. Enable analytics by optimising models for reporting, semantic layers, and machine learning workloads. Maintain data dictionaries, metadata catalogues, sensitivity labels, and governance compliance. What You Bring Strong experience modelling enterprise data for Dynamics 365 Proven ability to create canonical models in multi‑system environments. Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Fabric and semantic modelling. Excellent knowledge of metadata, classification, data retention, and governance. Familiarity with Azure integration patterns and the ability to develop clear documentation and diagrams. Strong communication skills to support architectural reviews and cross‑team coordination.
