Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join their highly regarded Real Estate & Projects team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced, high-performing practice supporting complex property transactions, major projects and large-scale infrastructure work. In this role, you'll provide high-level administrative and legal support to a collaborative team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities Drafting, editing and formatting documents Conducting property searches (InfoTrack, GlobalX) Preparing large document bundles and annexures Coordinating stamping and registration Matter opening/closing and data management Monthly billing and client reporting Diary support and general admin Liaising with clients and internal teams About You 3+ years' legal assistant experience Exposure to property, projects, commercial or construction preferred Strong MS Office and document skills Excellent communication and attention to detail Highly organised, proactive and client-focused Strong team player with a professional, friendly manner Please note: This position is not suitable for students or Working Holiday Visa holders .
