About the Opportunity As our Senior Family Violence Practitioner, you'll provide specialist support services to individuals and families experiencing or at risk of family violence. Working within our collaborative team environment, you'll deliver evidence-based interventions while contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop safety plans Provide crisis intervention and ongoing case management support Facilitate individual and group programs focused on healing and empowerment Collaborate with external agencies including police, courts, and child protection services Mentor junior staff and contribute to professional development activities Maintain accurate case documentation and participate in case reviews What You'll Bring Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or related field Minimum 3 years' experience in family violence or trauma-informed practice Strong understanding of intersectional factors affecting diverse communities Excellent communication skills and ability to work with people from all backgrounds Current Working with Children Check and willingness to undergo police clearance How to Apply Click Apply Now to submit your application.
