We are currently seeking a HSEQ Administrator to join our team and support the ongoing development and implementation of our IMS and HSEQ initiatives. About the Role Reporting to the HSEQ Manager, you will serve as a key support person for all administration matters relating to OH&S, supporting both the Group HSEQ function and divisional operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining CPC’s commitment to excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across all aspects of HSEQ management. Key Responsibilities Format, structure, and control IMS documents in accordance with CPC procedures. Coordinate document reviews (procedures, plans, SOPs, and risk assessments) in line with IMS requirements. Manage and maintain the SharePoint document library to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Administer MYOSH, including user management, troubleshooting, and data extraction. Generate monthly HSEQ reports for management review. Maintain records and registers as per IMS procedures. Mentor and train staff in the use of Myosh and SharePoint platforms. Assist with development of HSEQ documentation for tenders and contracts. Support the rollout of continuous improvement programs and campaigns. Facilitate and record HSEQ meetings and minutes. Extract and present data for management reporting and presentations. Develop and facilitate site-specific inductions and training materials. Assist with onboarding and mobilisation of workers to site. Monitor training records, licences and renewals to ensure compliance. Support administration of workers compensation claim records. What you will bring to the role Strong background in HSEQ Administration within construction, mining, engineering, or metal fabrication environments. Proven experience in a similar administrative or coordination role. Sound knowledge of WA Mines Safety and WorkSafe regulations, codes, and standards. Proficiency with Myosh and SharePoint systems. Strong understanding of risk management principles and HSEQ management systems. Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills. High-level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare professional reports and presentations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
