The Fremantle Dockers Community Engagement team is seeking motivated, passionate and energetic Program Facilitators to join us on an ongoing casual basis. As our community programs and events continue to grow, this role plays a vital part in ensuring we deliver meaningful, memorable and high-quality experiences for Fremantle Dockers fans and community participants across Western Australia. Working closely with the Fans and Community team, you will help bring our programs to life – creating positive connections, supporting young people, and representing the Club in schools, community settings and on match days. The scope of the role will include: Assisting the Fans and Community Program Coordinator with the planning and delivery of FFC Schools programs across WA schools. Coordinating and delivering key FFC Community programs. Supporting match day activations across AFL & AFLW matches where possible. Assisting with the delivery of Fans and Community sponsor and partner programs and events. This is a Casual opportunity offering 15‑25 hours per week during school terms, with varied work environments throughout the AFL & AFLW seasons. What you will bring Demonstrated experience leading or supervising groups of young people. Strong communication skills and a positive, engaging approach when interacting with fans, students, families and stakeholders. Experience in coaching, teaching, youth leadership or facilitation (highly regarded). Current or willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check. What we offer Free car parking.
