What We Are Looking For Experience in estimation, scheduling, or a related field within the construction industry. Ability to read and interpret plans with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in using computer systems; experience with Bluebeam is highly desirable. Strong organizational and communication skills. A background as a carpenter or tradesperson is advantageous, particularly for those seeking to transition into an office‑based role. A proactive and solutions‑focused attitude.
