Our client, a highly reputable leader in the non-bank lending space, are seeking a dynamic and experienced Core Enterprise Platforms Manager to lead the operational oversight and strategic enablement of key enterprise platform integrations across Servicing, Human Resources & Finance. This is a pivotal role that bridges technology and business operations, ensuring platform stability, transformation readiness and stakeholder alignment. Responsibilities Manage core servicing platforms for Asset Finance and Mortgages, ensuring performance, compliance, and readiness for future transformation. Oversee & provide guidance on business- owned platforms including Oracle HCM, KeyPay, TechnologyOne, Concur, and Blackline, supporting upgrades, integrations, and vendor coordination. Lead the implementation and ongoing management of a new Enterprise Correspondence Solution, enabling scalable, secure, and intelligent communications. Own platform financial models including licensing, vendor contracts, and transformation budgets. Track and report on cost savings, operational efficiencies, and experience improvements. Support scenario testing, fit-gap analysis, and cutover planning for platform transitions. Skills 5+ years in platform ownership or enterprise systems management. Strong understanding of data migration, cloud infrastructure, and operational risk. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field. Proven ability to manage platform ownership responsibilities such as configuration, governance, and stakeholder engagement. Experience facilitating workshops, creating enablement materials, and driving user adoption strategies. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate, and enhance performance within a cross-functional environment.
