About The Role As a Change Lead Transformation, you will report to the Education and Training Coordinator Transformation. Your responsibilities include leading the change portfolio, designing and implementing activities for staff, guiding risk management, collaborating with stakeholders, and aligning the transformation program with Council’s strategic objectives. Skills and Experience Required To Perform The Role Strategic thinking and the ability to translate Council and program aims into clear objectives. Experience leading customer and digital transformation programs. Specialised experience in planning and executing change management plans. Results‑driven with measurable outcomes and continuous improvement focus. Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Experience in agile project‑management methodologies. Collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
