Account Executive

The Account Executive role is responsible for account management and growth within Kytec’s existing customer portfolio. Tasked with driving uplift in adoption and usage on existing deployments as well as cross selling additional capabilities, the Account Executive is pivotal in client success. Key Responsibilities Actively engage with existing customers to drive cross sell across Kytec’s Contact Center, Salesforce and Technical Solutions capability including managed services and cyber security. Prepare customer presentations based on designed solutions. Adhere to a sales budget. About You (Skills & Attributes) Must-Have 3+ years active seller experience in Managed Services, Salesforce or Contact Center industries. Strong Communication Skills. Ability to work as part of a team, across dispersed national teams and collaborate with others. Ability to confidently interact with senior business and technical personnel. Have a high level of efficiency & excellent time management skills. Willingness to learn and grow with the company. You are a go-getter with a desire to deliver great results and be better everyday. You are a perfectionist; never believing good enough is good enough and driving constantly for improvement through innovation. Your communication skills and ability to articulate solutions are among your best attributes. Above all, you are 'customer first' and will do anything to achieve outcomes for our joint customers.
