As our Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, staff reimbursements and supplier payments, whilst maintaining integrity and accuracy of all financial information. You will provide a high-level customer service at a local and international level support. You will also support other areas of business operations including accounts receivable.What you’ll do:Processing and reconciling of supplier accounts (Accounts Payable) including supplier invoice entry, managing suppliers in accordance with their due dates, preparing Payment Batches and obtaining authorisations for payments in accordance with internal proceduresProcessing of staff expensesManaging corporate card reconciliationsLooking after all accounts filing/archiving electronicallyAssisting with other finance/accounting tasks as requiredThis is an initial 12 Month Fixed Term position - we are happy for this role to be based in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney.Qualifications
To be successful in this position you will have:High level of accuracy and attention to detailHigh speed data entry with minimal error rateGood communication skills – both verbal and writtenAbility to work autonomously on tasks, and also work well within a teamFluency in English and Bahasa MalayWe’d like to see your:3-5 years’ experience in accounts payable or finance roleStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular MS ExcelExperience with Workday and Salesforce advantageousBy joining NEXTDC as an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be in a high performing team, be involved in NEXTDC’s growth, and utilise your customer service skills to provide exceptional accounts support globally.Additional Information
