The role We’re seeking a seasoned IT PMO Lead to drive excellence in IT project delivery, governance, and portfolio management across our organisation. This strategic role is instrumental in defining and evolving the standards, frameworks, and tools that drive the successful execution of technology initiatives aligned with our business objectives. Role Responsibilities Lead and mature the IT Project Management Framework and PMO capability, establishing best practices, templates and methodologies that are pragmatic and fit for purpose. Oversee the governance and reporting of the IT project portfolio including toll‑gating requirements to ensure project assurance, including project health, budgets and dependencies. Support project and program managers with planning, risk management, resource allocation, financial management and performance tracking. Develop and deliver portfolio dashboards and KPIs for executive leadership. Drive continuous improvement and adoption of PMO standards and tools across IT. What You’ll Bring You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high‑performance culture. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, MSP, Agile, PRINCE2 Practitioner) preferred. Proven experience leading or managing a PMO in a complex IT or technology‑driven organisation and strong understanding of IT project delivery methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMP, etc.). Excellent analytical, reporting and stakeholder management skills. Solid understanding of financial management including budgeting and forecasting. Experience with portfolio management and reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Power BI, MS Project, ServiceNow). Benefits To You Hybrid work model – three office days and two remote workdays per week.
