About the Role The Construction Supervisor will oversee daily construction activities on the factory floor. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will ensure modules are built to design, on time, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This is a visible, on‑the‑floor role for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving, evolving environment, can think on their feet, communicate clearly, and make things happen. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all construction activities within the modular housing factory Manage daily scheduling, sequencing, and resource allocation to meet production targets Ensure quality workmanship, compliance with building codes, and adherence to safety standards Lead and motivate trades, apprentices, and subcontractors to achieve efficient and consistent results Collaborate with Manufacturing, Design, and Procurement teams to identify and resolve production challenges Monitor progress, report status, and proactively adjust plans to maintain delivery timelines Ensure tools, materials, and modules are organized, accessible, and efficiently managed Foster a positive, safe, and accountable team culture that reflects pride in the product and progress About You You are a seasoned construction professional who understands both how buildings are constructed and how teams work best together. You are practical, solutions-focused, and able to adapt in a fast‑paced environment. You thrive on rolling up your sleeves, problem‑solving, and contributing to a business that is continuously improving.
