Our vision is Excellent health care, every time. Clinical Facilitator – Rockingham General Hospital (RGH) We are looking for a Clinical Facilitator to join our team at RGH. The Clinical Facilitator supports nursing practice by assisting student nurses and midwives to integrate theoretical knowledge into the hospital setting. The role facilitates student learning and professional development through working as a practitioner, role model and assessor. The facilitator is allocated up to 8 hours (or equivalent of 1 hour per student per day) and a maximum of 80 hours per fortnight. The Clinical Facilitator is required to work in all areas. Specialty Experience (Desirable) Perioperative (Theatre Endoscopy) Critical Care (ED, ICU) Maternity (all areas) Neonates Recruitment Pool This is a recruitment pool for Permanent Full‑Time/Part‑Time and Fixed‑Term Full‑Time/Part‑Time appointments, with the possibility of extensions and/or permanency. Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 31/07/2026 .
