What Awaits You In Our Graduate Program The Interdisciplinary Practice Graduate Program is designed to help you transition from student to a confident clinician. You’ll be supported and inspired every step of the way. What You’ll Do Deliver evidence-based therapy in environments that matter most to participants - homes, schools, workplaces, and communities. Empower participants to overcome barriers and achieve their personal goals. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to share ideas and create innovative solutions. Build meaningful relationships that drive positive change with participants. Your First Year Includes: Comprehensive Induction: Your first month is dedicated to building foundational skills and understanding interdisciplinary teamwork. 1:1 Clinical Supervision: Get personalised guidance from experienced mentors and supervisors to enhance your clinical confidence and skills. Structured Learning: Dive into both interdisciplinary and discipline-specific modules, covering the fundamentals of therapy planning, high-impact interventions, multi-modal communication, and managing complex behaviours. Professional Development: Strengthen your clinical expertise with a tailored approach while also developing essential professional skills like time management, coaching, and participant engagement. What You’ll Need A recently completed Speech Pathologist degree and current (or pending) SPA registration. Ability to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
