About Sport and Recreation The Sport and Recreation team promotes participation and achievement in sport and recreation to support a healthy lifestyle for all Western Australians through physical activity. It provides strategic leadership and support for the sport and active recreation sectors with a focus on inclusion and accessibility. This work extends into regional areas where the team contributes to a broad range of community outcomes in partnership with state and local government agencies, regional sporting associations, peak bodies, and community clubs to support liveable regional communities. About the role This role will provide leadership, management and industry expertise to the sport and recreation sectors in the development and delivery of integrated people and organisational development programs and initiatives. CITS is seeking to establish a pool of Senior Project Officers for appointments to permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies. Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments will be made as vacancies arise over the next twelve months from the initial date of appointment from this pool. We have one fixed term, full time (75hrs p/f) position available until the end of June 2026 with the possibility of subsequent contracts.
