You’ll be working closely with the Centre Leader and supported every step of the way by our regional team and expert Head Office departments in HR, IT, and more.We’ll provide:Ongoing development tailored to help you grow into leadership Hands-on training and daily mentoring A supportive, collaborative team culture at centre level and beyond A 9-day fortnight option to promote work-life balance Modern facilities and free on-site parking What You’ll Be Doing Your role will be a dynamic mix of practice operations, team support, and patient care. You’ll:Assist with reception, chairside, and sterilisation duties Help lead the day-to-day running of the centre Manage stock, assist with financial reporting and rostering Support your team with leadership, guidance, and training Ensure compliance, safety, and exceptional patient experiences What You’ll Bring to the Team Dental experience is essential — leadership experience is a big plus Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting (or equivalent knowledge) Confidence in your ability to support and guide others A warm, approachable communication style Commitment to excellence, teamwork, and reliability What’s in It for You?
