Digital Account Director – RO Digital We’re on the lookout for a high performing Digital Account Director who’s keen to work with well known brands across digital media and production. RO Digital is a progressive, expanding team of digital marketers based in Sydney that’s on a mission to bring businesses and their customers closer. We work with a range of household brands across a number of verticals – you’ll enjoy the variety and your exposure to all facets of the digital marketing ecosystem. Location: Chippendale, Sydney, AustraliaSalary: A$170,000.00‑A$180,000.00 In summary, you’ll: Manage and lead high-value clients Develop strategies for your patch of clients, and assist your Account Managers with theirs Work on new business with the Managing Director Lead and mentor your team of Account Managers About the role Key responsibilities of this role include: Take responsibility for key, high-value client relationships, developing an intimate understanding of your clients' products, businesses, and industries Leveraging your knowledge of digital, media, and content, develop market‑leading strategies for both new business opportunities and your existing client base Work closely with our marketing ops team to deliver client campaigns through thorough briefing, organised project management, and great communication Closely manage content production for your clients, including managing external videographers, photographers, shoot days and feedback rounds, to ensure our work is on‑brief and effective Assist the Managing Director with pitching for new business opportunities both with new and existing clients Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of high-performing account managers, helping them to grow as marketers A little about you You’re a great communicator. Your clients feel heard and understood, and you can translate their business/marketing problems into campaign opportunities for us to execute. You’re organised. Very organised. And you can help your clients, your team, and our external suppliers (e.g. videographers) get more organised as well. You know your stuff. You’re a solid strategist who is conversant across all digital channels, and knows how to walk the walk. You’ve got a depth of agency experience you can call on – you’ve seen it all (well, most of it) before and you can steer the ship through choppy waters. You’re either already an Account Director, or you’re ready for that next step up. What’s on offer?
