Blast Crew Labourer – MACA Mining Location: MACA Bandya, Western Australia (Duketon Gold project, 130 km north of Laverton) Role: Blast Crew Labourer on a 2/1 roster FIFO from Perth. Project Overview MACA Mining, part of Thiess, operates the Duketon Gold project, a key investment in WA’s goldfields. We provide integrated contracting services across mining, civil construction, infrastructure, and mineral processing. Responsibilities & Expectations Operate within a production mining open pit environment. Perform blast crew labour tasks safely and efficiently. Work independently while maintaining a positive safety attitude. Support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Current Dangerous Goods Security Card. Experience in a similar position within a production mining open pit environment. Current WA driver’s licence. Highly motivated with strong self‑direction.
