Synergie Australia is seeking multiple HR Truck drivers to work as Christmas casuals for one of our long standing and trusted FMCG clients located at their warehouse in Jandakot. The important parts : Christmas casual positions working various shifts as required over a 7‑day period. Ideally have full time availability for coverage (3 shifts per week as required) Payrate starts at $47 per hour and includes shift allowances and penalties Available to commence as soon as possible. What you will be required to do : We are looking for experienced HR Drivers. Loading / Unloading of truck Prepping orders and wrapping pallets Managing daily delivery schedules General labouring as directed Taking part in toolbox talks leading with a safety mindset To be successful in the role you will : Previous experience in an HR delivery driver role Excellent customer service skills to communicate with clients upon delivery of goods Must be comfortable operating electronic pallet jacks Have full working rights in Australia Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work Be available to work a flexible working schedule over the busy Christmas period (no leave to be taken during this time; client is only closed on 25/12) Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role Be able to pass a pre‑employment functional capacity assessment Whats on offer for you : Casual with the opportunity for long term work if required for the right applicant Regular team lunches and get‑togethers A supportive and nurturing culture fostered by an inclusive team Synergie Australia delivers a full 360º recruitment solution consisting of temporary and permanent recruitment services and more.
