We are seeking a versatile and reliable Plant Machine Operator / Labourer to join our concrete structures team. This role requires someone who is confident operating heavy machinery, takes safety seriously, and is willing to assist with labouring duties when required. We are looking for a true all-rounder with a strong work ethic and a team-focused attitude. About Us Privately owned with approx. $30M in annual revenue Forecasted growth to $42M within 3 years Experts in concreting for Tier 2 builders Projects range from high-end residential to large commercial and industrial builds We deliver on time, every time — and are known for being the best to deal with Key Responsibilities Operate a range of machinery including: Bobcat Posi-track Excavator Conduct daily pre‑operation checks on all plant equipment Carry out detailed and intricate excavation work with accuracy Read and interpret site plans Follow all OHS procedures and maintain a strong safety‑first mindset Assist with general labouring tasks when plant operation is not required Work cooperatively with the team and contribute to a positive site environment About You Competent and confident operating heavy plant Strong attention to detail and able to complete precise excavation work Safety‑focused, always working within OHS requirements Reliable, self‑motivated, and enthusiastic Flexible and willing to help out with labouring and general site tasks A team player with a positive attitude Requirements Relevant plant operating tickets (bobcat, excavator, posi‑track) White Card Ability to read and understand site plans Previous experience in concrete commercial and domestic Reliable transport #J-18808-Ljbffr
