We are seeking reliable and motivated Forklift Drivers to support our farm operations. Responsibilities include safely operating forklifts for loading and unloading, picking and packing orders accurately, maintaining a clean workspace, and assisting with inventory and stock management. You’ll also inspect and maintain farm equipment, ensure safe work practices, and deliver excellent customer service during deliveries. A positive, “can-do” attitude and ability to work efficiently in a team are essential. Mechanical experience is an advantage. Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts to load and unload materials and products. Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications. Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure timely deliveries. Look after all farm equipment, conducting routine inspections and maintenance. Monitor equipment operation to identify wear and damage. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Provide friendly and excellent customer service during deliveries. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective teamwork. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times. Demonstrate a "can-do" attitude and work quickly and efficiently. Mechanic experience is a bonus and will be considered an asset. Qualifications & Experience \> Valid forklift operator license (registration or licensing may apply). Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent on-the-job training. Experience in agricultural, industrial, or warehouse environments preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach. Physically capable of lifting and handling heavy loads.
