We deliver high-quality services across Supported Independent Living (SIL), Community Nursing, Support Coordination, and Support at Home programs throughout Victoria. About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to lead and oversee our service delivery across multiple programs, including NDIS, Community Nursing, and Aged Care . This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about building strong teams, ensuring compliance, and driving organisational excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations across SIL, Community Nursing, Support Coordination, and Support at Home programs. Provide leadership and guidance to team leaders, coordinators, and frontline staff. Oversee rostering, staffing performance, client satisfaction, and service quality. Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, Aged Care Quality Standards, and clinical governance frameworks. Conduct audits, incident management reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Work closely with the CEO and management team on business growth and service expansion. Support workforce development, training, and performance evaluations. Requirements Proven experience in operations, care management, or clinical coordination within NDIS, community nursing, or aged care. Strong understanding of compliance, quality standards, and risk management. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities effectively. Relevant qualifications in management, health, nursing, or community services preferred.
