At Division 5 , we’re looking for an Offensive Security Specialist who thrives on solving complex problems, improving methodologies, and delivering high-quality security outcomes for our clients. What You’ll Do Penetration testing and vulnerability assessments across applications, networks, and systems Assisting red teaming and advanced scenario-based engagements Scoping and running client engagements end-to-end, including reporting and presenting findings Participating in peer reviews and helping refine methodologies to stay ahead of emerging threats You’ll have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with talented peers, and influence how we deliver offensive security services. What We’re Looking For Proven hands-on experience with offensive security tools (e.g., Nmap, Burp Suite, BloodHound) Proficiency in at least one specialty area (e.g., web applications, mobile, infrastructure) A track record of improving processes, methodologies, or tooling Strong written communication skills and the ability to produce professional, client-ready reports Confidence in running engagements independently and supporting complex projects If you enjoy thinking like an attacker, influencing security outcomes, and building strong client relationships, this role is for you.
