You will work directly with clients, conducting interviews, building models, performing analyses, and completing research - often supported by AI-powered and data-driven tools. Interview Process This recruitment round is for our 2027 intake. Anticipated start date for successful candidates will be early to mid 2027. If you are invited to first-round interviews, you will receive a notice from a Kearney recruiter to schedule your interview. All other First-round interviews will commence in the week of 9 March 2026 in either our Sydney or Melbourne offices. Virtual arrangements available for those outside of these locations. Following the First round, selected candidates will be asked back for a Second round of interviews which are expected to take place in the week following.
