Pricing Manager (65166) – Brisbane, Australia Salary: AUD 130,000 – 150,000 per annum + Super & Bonus Location: Brisbane, QLD Role Overview Exclusive to Reo Group, this role supports the Head of Pricing and key stakeholders within a global retail business. The position is designed to optimise growth and commercial opportunity in an entrepreneurial environment that values positive change and transformation. Responsibilities Design, test and implement pricing and promotional strategies that balance volume with profitability. Monitor food and labour costs, competitor pricing and demand trends. Partner with senior marketing stakeholders to design and optimise promotional campaigns. Conduct cost‑benefit analysis to ensure promotions are commercially viable and aligned with brand positioning. Ensure pricing strategies are executable across various channels. Develop reports and dashboards to monitor pricing impact, margin and benefit realisation. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate has a solid track record in strategic pricing initiatives, strong business‑partnering skills, and experience in a B2C environment. Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, Snowflake and MS Excel is required. This role is suitable for someone moving up from a senior pricing analyst or stepping across from an existing pricing manager position.
