Our client, a respected name in the residential development sector, is seeking a confident and customer-focused New Homes Sales Executive to join their Yorkshire team. This is a floating position , covering several key sites across Huddersfield, Doncaster, Hull, and Sprotborough. You’ll play a crucial role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and representing the brand to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Act as the face of the business across multiple developments Manage the full sales journey from enquiry through to completion Build strong rapport with prospective buyers and provide expert guidance Deliver consistently high customer satisfaction Maintain accurate sales records and ensure compliance with company procedures Support with development launches, marketing events and site presentations About You Previous new homes sales experience is essential Confident, proactive, and target-driven Ability to adapt to different development locations and teams Strong communication and negotiation skills Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities A full UK driving licence is required What’s On Offer Competitive salary & commission structure Mileage or travel allowance Opportunity to work across a diverse mix of developments Career growth with a respected regional developer Interested?
