Your role within our dedicated program name, will allow you to: Promote client‑centred, strength based and trauma informed practice consistent with the Social Futures Practice Framework; Provide high quality interventions and/or case management; Support participants with complex and unmet needs to access services; Complete needs and risk assessments to ensure quality service responses. Job Description We have multiple part time positions available, 30 or 35 hours per week. These hours to be worked over 5 days, Monday to Friday. If you have relevant qualifications, skills and experience working in the homelessness sector and are a passionate individual dedicated to making positive change in the community, this is the role for you. The successful candidate will have: Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in health, psychology, social work, social science or social welfare, health promotion or similar Experience providing high quality customer‑centred individual and family case management Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with all people to ensure effective relationships Demonstrated well‑developed organisational, time management and administrative skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines Demonstrated experience in maintaining professional boundaries while engaging in person‑centred work At Social Futures, we believe in the value of your voice, and we are dedicated to making positive changes every day.
