The Role Responsible for the daily duties associated with working in the Spray Seal crew. The successful candidates will perform duties such as truck driving, plant operating and labouring work on site with hand tools. The Spray Seal Crew has a broad range of works from multi-term council contracts to civil projects and small private jobs. Must be available for working away during the week, occasional weekend work may be required. Strong team player attitude is essential. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The successful candidates must be willing to work in a positive team environment. Roadworx is committed to the safe operating behaviour of its work force. We require candidates who are willing to work in a multi skilled role, willing to step outside the comfort zone and challenge themselves. Requirements Heavy Rigid licence (HR) (or plans to obtain HC License) White card Be physically fit Have the ability to work on own initiative and be able to work without constant supervision as well as part of a team Detail oriented Must have good communication skills Two check‑able work references from previous employers Qualifications Minimum of one-year directly related experience required.
