Position Overview We are excited to announce the opening of our brand new Ermington centre , set to open at the end of January 2026 . This beautiful new service will feature three rooms, providing a warm and engaging space for children to learn, grow, and thrive. We are seeking a passionate Diploma Room Leader to join this foundation team. This is a hands on, on the floor role where you will lead a room, mentor educators, implement high quality programs, and support children’s growth, curiosity, and development. Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team of educators in your room through on-the-floor mentoring and support. Plan and deliver engaging, holistic learning programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of every child in your care. Build positive relationships with families and support open communication. Collaborate with the Centre Director and Educational Leader to maintain a high-quality service.
