Heidelberg - Disability Support Worker Join to apply for the Heidelberg - Disability Support Worker role at Help at Hand Support Services . Pay AU$32.56 – AU$41.00 per hour. Job Description & Responsibilities You will support participants in a variety of settings, from day‑out activities such as beach trips and movies to medical appointments and companionship at home. Every day offers an opportunity to make a real difference. What We’re Looking For Cert III in Disability or higher (or equivalent experience). Experience in high care, mental health, trauma‑informed care, or behaviours of concern. Current Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR certificates. A full, clean Australian driver’s licence with access to a fully insured vehicle. Good communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently. Remain calm and professional in challenging situations. Additional Requirements Right to live and work in Australia.
