Nu‑Pure Beverages is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Shift Technician to join our high‑performing NSW Maintenance team at our state‑of‑the‑art Horsley Park plant in Western Sydney. Working with industry‑leading equipment, including Krones and Kosme blow moulders and filler lines, you'll be a key contributor to keeping our high‑speed production lines running safely and efficiently. Experience with this equipment is highly regarded. You'll report directly to a supportive and experienced Maintenance Manager who is committed to your ongoing development through continuous training, support, and genuine career‑growth opportunities. Your Roster 84 hours per fortnight 7 shifts per fortnight (12‑hour shifts) Rotating Days & Nights: Days: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Nights: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM 7‑day roster (Mon‑Sun) Two full weekends off every month What You’ll Be Doing Prioritise and respond to breakdown repairs to minimise downtime Monitor duties and performance of production staff in relation to maintenance functions Oversee GMP‑related training and procedures (e.g., blue cards) Complete preventive and scheduled maintenance tasks efficiently and accurately Identify, source, and manage critical spare parts Maintain and develop effective maintenance systems (work orders, schedules, registers) Work closely with production teams to meet daily operational requirements About You Trade‑qualified Fitter or Electrician 5+ years’ experience in a high‑speed manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred) Experience within fast‑moving, 24/7 production operations—bottled water or food industry ideal Strong understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, PLCs and holding a restricted electrical licence Skilled in preventive and scheduled maintenance (PM & SM) Clear communicator with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills Calm under pressure with the ability to build solid working relationships across teams Why Join Nu‑Pure?
