About the Role As the right hand to the Venue Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing daily operations, leading teams across multiple departments, and ensuring every guest leaves impressed. This is a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who thrives under pressure and loves the buzz of a busy venue.
