Outreach Physiotherapist - Raintree Allied Health Full-Time - Northern Territory - Remote Outreach - Work that genuinely changes lives in remote NT communities Competitive salary - $90-$110,000 & opportunities for professional development Access to the NT Thrive relocation grant Make a real impact in remote NT communities: Raintree Allied Health is seeking a passionate and skilled Outreach Physiotherapist to deliver high-quality, culturally responsive physiotherapy services across diverse Northern Territory communities. This role is perfect for someone who values adventure, flexibility, and meaningful work that supports improved health outcomes in rural and remote settings. About the Role: Reporting to the Director, you will provide exceptional physiotherapy services through innovative outreach programs. You’ll work across multiple remote communities, supporting clients to make positive lifestyle changes and improve their physical, social and emotional wellbeing. Key Responsibilities: Deliver individual and group chronic disease physiotherapy services in remote NT communities. Work in accordance with NT Primary Health Network's Outreach Health Services Program (OHSP) Operational Guidelines. Build strong relationships with local stakeholders to support coordinated client care. Undertake additional tasks or special projects as required. Performance Expectations: Manage your case load efficiently and meet reporting deadlines. Maintain accurate and compliant client records. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, partners and internal teams. Escalate complex cases to the Director/Team Leader as needed. About You | Qualifications & Experience Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration. Experience in clinical practice (remote experience highly regarded). Strong understanding of holistic health and chronic disease management. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds. Strong written communication and attention to detail. Highly organised with strong time management and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital clinical systems. Able to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate maturity, and exercise sound judgment.
