We are seeking an experienced Cook for an exciting role in our growing fast‑paced beachfront restaurant. We’re seeking a talented and passionate person to join our kitchen team as we expand our menu. While our signature woodfired pizzas will remain a staple, we’re thrilled to introduce new lunch and dinner offerings, and we need a professional who can bring fresh, creative ideas to the table. For a look at our current menu, please visit Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from opening to closing, ensuring smooth service and high‑quality food preparation throughout the day. Supervise a small team and train kitchen employees. Order and control stock. Manage and update Lightspeed software for sales and stock, with weekly reporting to the owner. Cost menu items and update prices as needed. Requirements: Experience cooking on a traditional woodfired oven. Completed an apprenticeship or passed the relevant trade test in cooking. Hold a current RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues) certificate. Food Safety Supervisor certification, maintaining it at own cost during employment. Previous experience in a similar role.
