Project Coordinator We’re looking for a practical, outcome-focused Project Coordinator who thrives on rolling up their sleeves, getting things done, and helping multiple software projects cross the finish line. Your role won’t just be administrative—it will be about driving clarity, supporting momentum, and ensuring that our internal teams and our clients are aligned, confident and delivering results. This is an entry-level role… we value practical can‑do over theoretical project methodologies. The Role Take ownership of project momentum : help monitor and proactively manage multiple software projects—tracking deadlines, milestones, dependencies and risks so we stay on track. Help turn requirements into delivery: work with developers, designers and technical teams and customer stakeholders to distil and define practical, actionable requirements and translate them into clear next steps. Be the dependable communications hub: ensure internal teams and external clients have the right information at the right time, expectations are managed, and roadblocks are flagged early. Support delivery dashboards & documentation: maintain trackers, status reports, action‑item logs so nothing falls through the cracks and progress is visible. Recommend improvements: identify where processes or communication flows could be tighter, simpler or more effective — your suggestions will matter. What We are Looking For… You are outcome‑oriented: you look at tasks and ask "What will this achieve?" rather than just ticking boxes. You value clarity, practicality, and tangible progress. Excellent organisational and time‑management skills: you can juggle multiple requests, deadlines and stakeholders without dropping the ball. Strong communication skills: you’re comfortable liaising both with internal technical teams (developers, designers) and client stakeholders (often non‑technical), clarifying needs, expectations and status.
