We are seeking a Head of Middle School to join our community. This is a full time permanent role, commencing Term 1, Pacific Coast Christian School is a dynamic Prep to Year 12 co‑educational Christian learning community committed to developing and nurturing our students. It is a well‑established school located in Tweed Heads on the far north coast of NSW and is part of the Pacific Group of ten Christian schools, with six of these schools located in regional NSW. The School emphasises excellence and growth in Christian character with its vision being 'to provide a Christian educational community as a centre of teaching, learning, and serving excellence founded on Biblically based beliefs, values, and behaviour'. Job Description Under delegation of the Principal, and as part of the School's Leadership Team, the Head of Middle School is to contribute to the development and maintenance of the overall culture and climate of the School with specific consideration and advocacy for the particularly distinct needs of students in Years 5‑8. They are to ensure the implementation of the School's vision and policies through the development and maintenance of Middle School practice that is in keeping with the overall ethos and climate of the Pacific Group of Schools.
