Role Summary Are you a passionate and experienced baker with a knack for crafting delicious breads and an array of baked goods? Bunbury Farmers Market in Vasse is expanding its bakery team and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join us We pride ourselves on offering our guests fresh, high-quality products. If you have a comprehensive understanding of various baking techniques and a proven ability to produce a wide range of bakery items, we want to hear from you. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a baker: You should have a strong background in a commercial baking environment. Extensive knowledge of bread making: From sourdough to rye, baguettes to brioche – you're proficient in all things bread. Available for early starts: Our bakery team fires up the ovens at 01:00am, an early start is essential for this role. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality: You take pride in your work and ensure every product meets our high standards. Experience and Qualifications Trade Certification Baking: A formal qualification showcasing your commitment to the craft. Extensive Baking Experience: Proven expertise in a high-speed bakery setting is essential. Flexibility: Ability to work a varied roster, including early mornings and weekend shifts, to meet the demands of a thriving market. Full Australian Working Rights Why Join Us?
