Electronic Security / IT Project and Service Coordinator Innovative Security and Data – Bayswater VIC Innovative Security and Data seeks an experienced Service and Project Coordinator for electronic Security & IT Infrastructure. With over 25 years of experience, ISD is able to tailor solutions to all client-specific needs with its diverse skill set across IT and security technology. As we continue to innovate and grow, we are excited to keep expanding our Sales Department, and therefore we are now looking to hire a new Project Coordinator. As a valued team member and Service and Project Coordinator, you will ensure the design, production, installation, testing, and documentation controls comply with customer specifications and QA standards. You will be able to work directly with the internal stakeholders and technicians to ensure the desired solutions meet the project's required technical specifications. You will be looked upon for your organisational skills and technical innovation to help a fast-paced team perform at the highest level. Your role will include the following: Plan, coordinate and prepare project and service deliverables required to initiate, develop, and execute assigned projects Supply leadership and manage projects and service tickets to meet performance and milestone requirements Ensure a high quality of work and compliance with OHS&E standards and client standards Involved in System Commissioning and handover processes Effectively manage customer/technician relationships Ensure project and service financial status is regularly reviewed and updated Demonstrate elevated levels of discipline, professionalism, ethics, and accuracy in the delivery of work under limited timeframe pressures Identify opportunities, improvements and solutions that will enable you to plan and drive continuous initiatives for organisational improvement You will need the following: Must have experience within the electronic security or IT Infrastructure industry. Be able to adapt and develop through digital transformation A strong background in security systems, data installations and their overall design intent Effective handling of project and service reviews Experience in the creation of as-built documentation for project handovers Keep up to date with the technical aspects of the job and be willing to undertake training from time to time as needed.
