Gym Manager We are now seeking an energetic, organised and people-focused Gym Manager to lead our club and help us continue to grow. About the Role As the Gym Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the club, delivering outstanding member experiences, leading a small team, and driving membership growth. This role would suit someone who is passionate about health and fitness, confident with people, and able to balance both operational excellence and sales performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily club operations to ensure smooth, high‑quality member experiences Lead, support and motivate staff to maintain a positive, professional culture Drive membership growth through effective sales strategies and local community engagement Manage member enquiries, feedback, and retention Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety Coordinate class schedules, inductions, and member onboarding Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and WHS requirements Report on KPIs and club performance to ownership/management Build strong relationships with members and promote our Milon training technology About You You’ll thrive in this role if you: Have previous experience in fitness management, personal training, or a leadership role (preferred but not essential) Are confident leading a team and fostering a positive, high‑energy culture Have strong communication skills and enjoy working closely with people Are sales‑oriented and comfortable driving membership growth Are organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities Are passionate about health, fitness, and member results Why Join Us?
