Job Description As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you’ll ensure our customers enjoy a frictionless digital journey, whether they’re discovering their next getaway or booking a once‑in‑a‑lifetime trip. You’ll work across our website and mobile apps, testing features end‑to‑end, identifying usability issues, and ensuring everything we ship meets the high bar our customers expect. You’ll collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers, turning your insights into tangible improvements that elevate customer experience and drive trust in our platform. You instinctively notice when something feels “off” — confusing journeys, rough edges, or trust‑breaking moments — and you enjoy working with others to make digital experiences seamless. What You’ll Do Test new and existing features across web and mobile platforms Identify, reproduce, and clearly document bugs or usability gaps Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams throughout development and release cycles Monitor production feedback to catch experience issues early Contribute to test plans, exploratory testing, and regression testing Advocate for quality and customer experience in every stage of product development Qualifications Must‑Have Degree in a STEM‑related field (Information Systems, IT, Computer Science) OR equivalent QA, UAT, or Product Operations experience Strong attention to detail — you spot what others miss A “customer‑first” mindset and ability to think like a user Clear communication skills across technical and non‑technical teams Nice‑to‑Have Experience with SQL (writing and running queries) Familiarity with testing tools or automation environments Analytical problem‑solver with a hands‑on, proactive approach Previous experience in travel, e‑commerce, or hospitality Passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences Additional Information Excellent remuneration package 20% discount on luxury holidays and experiences Breakfast and lunch are provided 5‑days a week Health and well‑being programs 1/2 day of birthday leave A super collaborative team that enjoys creating great platforms How To Apply To be considered for this role, within your CV, please include a link to a short video as part of your application.
